PVCu Profiles

The PVCu supplied by Doors & Windows (Exeter) Limited is guaranteed against discolouration or warping for a period of 10 Years from date of supply.

Sealed Units

Standard sealed units are guaranteed against failure for a period of 10 Years

A-Rated sealed units are guaranteed against failure for a period of 20 Years

Hardware

Most hardware is only guaranteed against failure by the manufacturers for a period of 1 Year, however, we are so confident in our products, that we cover all hardware for 10 Years.

Installation

Should you choose Doors & Windows (Exeter) Limited to carry out the installation of any products, you can be confident you are choosing a company that doesn't farm out its fitting to the cheapest sub-contractor. Our installers are employed by us, so we can guarantee the quality of their work, and therefore we do so for a period of 10 Years. Also included in this guarantee are the integrity of the fixings, sealants and trims.

Please Note: Double-Glazed windows and doors have complex moving parts. The locks are all multi-point, whether it's on a door or window, and these moving parts require regular lubrication. In our written guarantee, we highlight the need to lubricate all locks and hinges at least once every six months to ensure they continue to work freely well beyond their guarantee period. (We have one customer who had their windows fitted over 20 years ago, and due to looking after them, we have never had to carry out a service call, and the windows are as operational as they were when they were fitted.)
