Being PVCu, they are virtually maintenance free, and are available in either white, rosewood effect or light oak (Both available with white inside if required) All the frames are glazed with 28mm sealed units above the midrail, with reinforced flat panel below. In addition to white, the Summer Houses are available in Rosewood or Light Oak effect PVCu, with the option to have either of these on just the outside, with a white interior. 

The roof is manufactured on the K2 roof system, and can be glazed with 25mm multi-wall polycarbonate or 24mm toughened sealed units. The sealed units are manufactured to the highest possible specification, achieving a U-Value of 1.0, with Solar-Control properties and an external self-cleaning coating.
